Rainbow Warp (Crinkle Rayon)

Hand-dyed Crinkle Rayon warps by Kathrin Weber of Blazing Shuttles.

7.5 yards. 100 threads. High sheen, great for scarves and mixed into shawls and clothing.

This 1,200 ypp yarn wraps at approx 28 wpi. For a balanced weave sett at approx 14 epi. For a weave that showcases the warp, sett at 16 to 18 epi. The warps are originally wound generously in a longer length than listed to accommodate any shrinkage during dyeing. If you are winding additional warp chains to use with these, add the extra ½ yard to make it 8 yards.

I also offer a Companion warp that you can use for background or stripes with this warp. The companion warp is the same weight, twist and texture. It is what I call Midnight. Not quite black. A deep charcoal. It is not hand-dyed.
