Firelight Warp (Crinkle Rayon)
Hand-dyed Crinkle Rayon warps by Kathrin Weber of Blazing Shuttles.
7.5 yards. 100 threads. These warps are dyed with intentional light and dark areas. Please see the photos of the unchained yarn before purchasing to make sure that is what you want. :-)
This 1,200 ypp yarn wraps tightly at approx 28 wpi. For a balanced weave sett at approx 14 epi. For a weave that showcases the warp, sett at 16 to 18 epi. The warps are originally wound generously in a longer length than listed. The length indicated here is approx length after the shrinkage from the dye process.
I also offer a Companion warp that you can use for background or stripes with this warp. The companion warp is the same weight, twist and texture. It is what I call Midnight. Not quite black.
