Falling Leaves Warp (Crinkle Rayon)

Crinkle Rayon Warps in mix of many commercially dyed colors. 1,200 to 1,400 ypp. The warps are wound generously in a slightly longer length than listed. If you add extra ends to these warps, round up to the next full yard to make sure the added threads are not shorter than the original warp.

These warps are wound from 15, 18 or more related, coordinating colors. We are winding from 20 cones at once and as each cone runs out, we replace it with another color in the same fall family. Each warp is likely to vary slightly from others. It can stand alone as a scarf/shawl warp, be mixed with multiple Falling Leaves warps, or be introduced into warps of your choosing for fun and texture. This yarn wraps tightly at approx 28 wpi. For a balanced weave sett at approx 14 - 16epi. For a weave that showcases the warp, sett at 16, 18, or even 20 epi. The warps are wound generously in a slightly longer length than listed.

Each warp has a white info tag located at the cross. There are loops at the beginning and at the end of the warps. I tie the warp in 6 places: at beginning and ending loops, a thread by thread cross, a raddle cross in groups of 10 at the other end of the warp, and two choke ties near each end. If you need more ties to secure it due to your personal setup techniques, add more. Please look over them carefully when you get them. If they will not work for you, please return them in their original condition for a refund or exchange. There is no refund on shipping costs.

I try to catch knots & other distractions as I wind. Sometimes they get by me, so I encourage you to design your weaving project saving one thread from the warp bundle for a repair thread if need be. This yarn is colorfast in normal use.

Shipping will be added at check out. An additional 5% of product price will be added to orders sent to countries other than the USA. (Minimum of $5) This can be avoided if you have an address in the US to which your warps can be shipped.
