This yarn is a strong 4/3 ring spun cotton: 1,120 yards per pound, sett: 10 epi plain weave, 12 epi twill (suggestions only). This sett will showcase the warp. Multiple warps of the same length can be used together for wider projects.
Due to the Light Yellow color, if you dye it you will be over-dyeing the yellow. This gives richer warmer tones than starting with bleached white or even natural color yarn. It will make baby blankets, lap throws, scarves, clothing, anything that you want to touch. It was grown and spun in the USA.
The warps are wound generously in a longer length than listed. The length indicated here is approx length after the shrinkage from the dye process. Each warp has a white info tag located at the cross. There are loops at the beginning and at the end of the warps. I tie the warp in 5 places: at beginning and ending loops, the cross and two choke ties near each end. If you need more ties to secure it due to your personal setup techniques, add more. Please look over them carefully when you get them. If they will not work for you, please return them in their original condition for a refund or exchange. No refund on shipping costs.
I try to catch knots & other distractions as I wind. Sometimes they get by me, so I encourage you to design your weaving project saving one thread from the warp bundle for a repair thread if need be.
Shipping will be added at check out. An additional 5% of product price will be added to orders sent to countries other than the USA. (Minimum of $5) This can be avoided if you have an address in the US to which your warps can be shipped.
