Class: Creative Dyeing for the Non-Chemist

Approach the dyeing process with the spirit of experimentation and creative license while learning the technical aspects that yarn vibrant and colorfast. Using professional dyes, we will create full spectrum of color, discuss how to use dyes safely and how to set up your own dye kitchen. You may register for this weekend class only or choose to continue into the following week to explore ways to use your hand-dyed yarn in handwoven fabric.
