We will focus on the use of color, weave a variety of fabrics and then sew a delightful diversity of bags...Japanese Market bags for hauling, lively drawstring bags for treasures, long narrow bags for beverages, sturdy bags for traveling, delicate bags for aromatic sachet. This class will have plenty of weaving tips and techiques for intermediate students but includes all necessary basics skills for beginners to feel comfortable weaving and sewing. New weavers will be nurtured and supported as you work through the weaving process. Come try your hand at creating fabric from thread and the on to a finished product!
